Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect;

We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:
